RPG pursues development projects which have the potential for significant increases in asset value from the achievement of land use entitlements or completion of physical improvements. These projects may be pursued on a speculative, pre-leased, or build-to-suit basis.

Attractive development sites will be appropriately located, sized, and zoned for one of the following property types:

• Single-family residential
• Industrial and/or office
• Retail
